Mark Zimmermann would love to celebrate his 16th birthday with his new crush Becky. Instead, his brother Thomas is taken to the eerie world of the Black Tower, ruled by a merciless beast, the Gryphon. Mark musters all his courage and embarks on an epic rescue mission. Together with his work colleague and heavy metal expert Memo, he travels deep into the mining plains of the Black Tower. At the same time, Becky tries to find out if this other world really exists. When she learns the truth about Mark, his family and the Black Tower, Mark's time has almost run out. With every adventure he experiences in the other world to get one step closer to his brother, a change takes place in Mark, which he will soon find difficult to control.
This series came highly recommended on a Youtube video "The Best Amazon Prime Series Nobody Is Watching". I couldn't find it to download anywhere, so here it is.

With Memo's help, Mark reluctantly sets out to find his brother, Thomas, who has disappeared in the world of the Black Tower. Meanwhile, Becky researches Mark's past and discovers a terrible secret.


Episode 3. F***ing Superhero


Against his mother's will, Mark tries to find a way back to the world of the Black Tower in order to save Memo. Meanwhile, Becky tries to find out if the contents of the Chronicle really exist or if Mark is suffering from hallucinations.


Episode 4. Easy Peasy


Mark and Memo hatch out a plan to free Thomas. Becky doesn't suspect a thing. She is convinced that Mark is imagining everything. So is his mother, who wants him committed to a psychiatric ward. Will Mark manage to escape?


Episode 5. He's Ready


While Mark and Memo prepare for the arrival of the horned ones, Becky tries to convince Mark's mother that he is not suffering from delusions. But then fate takes a gruesome turn…


Episode 6. Feel Your Hatred!


Mark's mother receives a shocking tip from Bräker about her husband's death. Mark and Memo face the ultimate horror in the tower world.
