Parasound Model 2100 Preamp (Frequency Response: 10 Hz - 100 kHz, +/- 3 dB, THD Distortion < 0.008% at 20 Hz)
Soundcard: Asus Xonar D2X PCI-Express (capable of recording up to 192KHz)
Input recorded using Sony Sound Forge
Any editing done manually and/or using ClickRepair and/or WaveArts Master Restoration Suite thru Sound Forge (very conservatively) Files split manually.

This vinyl played quite noisy no matter how much cleaning I did, but I'm extremely pleased with how the polished product turned out. I hope you agree.
