DirtWise Advanced Instructional #2 is well shot, and has been edited to flow nicely. It has a more serious tone than Advanced Instructional #1, but is still quite entertaining to watch even for non-riders. Watts stresses saving energy, maintaining speed and increasing safety when riding and demonstrates how to do so. He also shows you stuff like the Scandinavian Flick and the Wattsy Wiggle, which are both things you’ve undoubtedly seen fast guys do as they were passing you but never really knew what to call them. The video also touches on proper bike setup and physical training for off-road racing.
