This is the first album release of a Calgary, AB group known as Women. They are a produced by Chad Vangaalen and have toured Canada, Europe and the US extensively. They have a very unique sound and are incredible talented musicians. If you ever get a chance to see a show don't pass it up, the album doesn't even come close to doing their performance any sort of justice (and the album itself is incredible)
To me they sound a lot like to the band Television, whom i also love very much.
