The Sparks are a band who've been going strong for more than 20 years. It's a wonder that they're not more famous than they actually are. Despite coming from California, they found their real success outside of the USA, especially Europe.

This out-of-print 2 CD collection follows all their major releases through the years (and multitude of labels) plus some B-sides. This collection stops at Interior Design, which came out before Gratuitous Sax and Senseless Violins. If you're looking for current Sparks, you're better off getting the most recent releases individually. Otherwise, Profile is a bite-sized introduction to the Sparks without cutting out the best highlights of each album.
