13 music is the newly formed imprint of subject13, its a diversereflection of vibez recordings as was set up to reflect the complete opposite that the label was known for. subject13 himself felt people had labeled what he had been putting out, he's also into different stuff, at times if youve heard him dj you'll hear he can really go off into a real experimental zone and its important that people know this as he's all about full spectrum drum & bass, so we hope 13music will show how and what musically were all about, there are a lot of great tracks lined up to come and some new and old artist so its a real mix of all what’s good and new and different, we started late 2005 and the first releases came early 2006, and with Alaska’s LP Artic foundation being the first LP on the label it was also a statement to let people know we were not just about 12 inches but also proper albums and compilation projects.
