Для Nero: Открываем Nero Burning ROM, появляется окно "Новый проект". Слева в таблице можно выбрать DVD copy, DVD-video,
DVD-ROM(ISO) и т.п. Там есть и DVD-ROM (UDF), вот это и выбираем.
