Example (Elliot John Gleave; род. 20 июня 1982, Лондон) - британский певец и рэппер. Его псевдоним возник из первых букв имени e.g., что является разговорным сокращением фразы «for example» («exempli gratia», лат.; «например», рус).
В начале своей музыкальной карьеры Эллиот выпустил три сингла под собственным лейблом All The Chats, а в 2006 году был замечен диджеями британской национальной радиостанции BBC Radio 1, и Майком Скиннером (Mike Skinner) из The Streets. Свой следующий сингл «What We Made» Example выпустил на лейбле Майка The Beats, а видео было снято на Украине в городе Чернобыль.
