From the depths of darkenss a new musical body rose from nothing and exploded onto the underground metal scene taking its local venues by storm. Since its inception in late 2006, Eat a Helicopter has proven to be a formidable presence both on record and during live shows. The release of their first official E.P. "The Pessimist" in April of 2008 was nothing but successful as they gained recognition in various parts of the U.S. and overseas. Fans from around the world have bought and downloaded "The Pessimist" and have been helping spread the word which has in effect made their fanbase go from loyal locals to loving internationals. They are currently in the studio recording their second official E.P. which is yet to be titled, will include the two singles "Lovers' Wrought" and "Blood Dynasty(Scourge)" *which is available on iTunes* as well as some brand new material meant to make you violent. From gut pounding drum patterns, rumbling bass and menacing guitar riffs to the soul crushing vocals this quintet is sure to get your blood flowing.
