Home Town Criminal is not your typical rap/ rock group. A collaboration of 7 musical minds, they derive inspiration from many different musical genres, and incorporate a unique western flair that can be attributed to their Boise, Idaho upbringing. The band consists of Sketchy Waze on vocals, Kris “Ruda” Rudisill on vocals and guitar, Drew Donelson on the keyboard, Nick Kehr on the bass, Scott Dunn on rhythm guitar, Keith Dunn on the drums and harmonica, topped off with Vert Sin our masterful turntablist. Sketchy Waze rocks the microphone in his familiar fashion, while Ruda serenades listeners with catchy hooks over infectious melodies. Home Town Criminal is unlike any other group in the hip-hop underground, and is not afraid to push the envelope. Throwing industry influence out the window, their 10-track debut album, “Breaking Ordinance”, holds true to their roots and love for pure, inspired music.
