Composers Mark Applebaum, whose creative output spans jazz performance as well as electronic experimentation, here delves back into some plain old-fashioned composition. Despite the breadth of his background though, Applebaum remains remarkably deep… Applebaum is blessed here with some gifted players.. [Discipline] here, all the clever ideas manage to step over into the realm of art.
