- New build version for the update
- New console command: SCAN (scans and reveals hidden servers).
- New console command: BYPASS (allows bypassing of voiceprint passwords/retinal scans/encryption key authentications.
- SPACE key now also centers the targetmap (and locks on to the localhost)
- ENCRYPTION KEY TOOL doesn’t fail when a wrong number is being clicked (on EASY on MEDIUM difficulty only).
- New console command: DELETE (deletes files from a server).
- Files can be deleted in the server INTERFACE too.
- RETINA SCAN TOOL doesn’t fail when a wrong number is being clicked (on EASY on MEDIUM difficulty only).
- New level objective type (and message trigger): DELETE a file from a server.
- Added DNS (domain name server) support on a per MOD basis. Servers can have IP addresses associated.
- New console command: DNS (resolves a hostname to an IP address and the other way around).
- New console command: PING (pings a server).
- New console command: KILLTRACE (reduces your trace level at a cost of $1000 for each 10%).
- Console now allows for longer commands to be entered (+5 characters).
- New console command: CRACK (reduces the firewall and integrity level of a server by 1 point each).
- LS command now also displays the files on the locked server (if it’s fully hacked).
- Improved console autocompletion feature (when pressing TAB). Now includes visible server names, etc.
- UP and DOWN arrows in the command console now allow scrolling through the command history.
- The time until the trace starts when a hacked server is locked is now 3 times longer than when it’s not hacked.
- Added menu option for selecting installed game mods.
- Added support for STEAM LEADERBOARDS.
- 2 new STEAM Achievements: TUTORIAL COMPLETED and GAME COMPLETED.
- CAT command now displays the content of remote files too.
