We’ve been back in our vintage analog synth lab, experimenting with the crazed, temperamental circuitry of the EMS Synthi A to bring you this set of 251 insanely characterful, monumental percussion sounds. From powerful Kicks, cutting Snares and freaky Percussion impacts to sizzling Hi Hats, seething Cymbals and all manner of clicks, drops, bleeps, drips, blurps and glitches, this technicolour release packs a seriously heavy punch!

The Synthi A’s status as an unforgettable synth classic becomes all the more apparent when you zoom in on the waveforms of the sounds included in this pack - they’re asymmetrical, unpredictable and utterly captivating! Even the weightiest Kicks have the sort of attack that can cut clean through any mix, whilst the most frantic, fraying Crashes have the smooth finish that is the hallmark of analog hardware.
