Simon is initially super excited by the annual Hospital Emergency Simulation Incident day where actors are brought in to pretend to be badly injured victims of a major disaster. But when he is accidentally knocked out he wakes up in the middle of a real disaster with real injuries and assumes it's all part of the simulation…with disastrous consequences!
