1) Added support of playback YouTube live streams
– 144p, 240p, 360p,480p, 720p, 1080p
– 720p 60fps, 1080p 60fps.

2) Fixed errors with audio during playback of some YouTube videos.

3) Fixed errors during playback some YouTube videos that were played before as livestream.

4) Added in “Window settings” options to show/hide “Settings” button on front panel.

5) All dialogs are not modal now so it is possible now to open some settings dialog and add changes to main window when dialog is shown.
