This amusing and instructive graphic book is the English translation from the original French version written by a distinguished theoretical physicist from the Institut des Hautes Etudes Scientifiques (IHES). Thibault Damour is an active contributor to modern physics and recent winner of an award from the CNRS, so he is well-qualified to write about quantum physics. The historical development and surprising aspects of quantum theory are presented in an amusing format as Bob and his faithful dog (who may or may not be dead) talk to famous physicists of the past. The illustrations are clever, and include some cameo appearances by modern physicists.
