I found an epub of this elsewhere on the internet, but it didn't have all the pictures that my physical edition had. So I used the other edition as a base, scanned all the pictures and put them in, and made a couple of edits to make this one match my physical edition a bit more.

It's a shame this isn't officially available as an ebook yet.
