Tracks 3 and 4 are from a lossless download service and are likely watermarked. Watermarking uses inaudible spread spectrum stenography to save the purchaser's name, address, website name, etc., making a file unsuitable for sharing. It is not possible to detect or remove it and survives most conversions (FLAC to MP3, etc). Most purchased digital downloads use it now (another reason you should always buy the CD if available).

There is a secret method (used here) to create anonymous CD quality FLACs of such watermarked songs. Bit perfect capture is done via TotalRecorder's kernel mode driver. They are still watermarked, however any personal info is not real. CD quality is verified via A/B comparison listening with the purchased FLAC files. Trader's Little Helper is used to test for MPEG (none found).

Thus:
Runaway and Running With The Wolves are from the All My Demons Greeting Me As A Friend CD (EAC log included). In Boxes and Little Boy In The Grass are anonymous lossless CD quality possibly with an inaudible watermark.
