Nadat Mr. Lee (Martin Kove) in de halve finale 'shootfighting' wordt gediskwalificeerd, koestert hij een diepe wrok tegen de latere winnaar Shingo (Bolo Yeung). Wanneer hij er later achter komt dat Shingo, de huidige 'shootfighter' wereldkampioen, zijn eigen gevechtsschool heeft, is zijn haat alleen maar gegroeid. Middels geld, weet hij twee van Shingo's beste leerlingen te verleiden tot deelname aan een 'shootfighter' martial arts-gevecht. Een gevecht waarbij er geen regels zijn en er gevochten wordt tot de dood.
