Drie dertigers willen het alledaagse van hun leven doorbreken, en gaan samen op vakantie naar een populair spring-break eiland vol met feestende jongeren. Een van de vrouwen werkt voor een bekende senator wiens dochter ook op het eiland vertoeft. Die dochter wordt echter buitengesloten omdat ze niet los genoeg is. Daar proberen de dertigers iets aan te doen.
