A young minister of the British authorities discovered a terrorist plot to detonate a nuclear bomb in London.
He runs with a young American political consultant in a secret underground nuclear bunker (Snub).
Together with a group of individuals they are trapped in the bunker without contact with the outside world.
The bomb is found, but attempts to dismantle central London after failure wiped out, and the radioactive contaminated area.
By the explosion broke a group of criminals from a maximum security prison. By radiation, however, they begin to mutate.
If the mutants reach the bunker, the question is whether anyone will survive.

Een aankomend minister van de Britse overheid ontdekt een terroristisch plot om een nucleaire bom te laten ontploffen in Londen.
Hij vlucht samen met een jonge Amerikaanse politiek adviseur in een geheime nucleaire ondergrondse bunker (SNUB).
Samen met een groep individuen zitten ze gevangen in de bunker zonder contact met de buitenwereld.
De bom wordt gevonden maar pogingen om hem te ontmantelen mislukken waarna het centrum van Londen weggevaagd wordt en de omgeving radioactief besmet is.
Door de ontploffing breekt een groep criminelen uit een zwaar bewaakte gevangenis.
Door de straling beginnen ze echter te muteren, Als de mutanten de bunker bereiken is het de vraag of iedereen het zal overleven.
