Etta Milford is een liefdevolle vrouw, schattige moeder en...gewapende overvaller.
Etta's man verbrast steeds hun geld aan tijdelijke uitvindingen.
Wanneer ze besluit om in het geheim de gelduitgaven in eigen handen te nemen gaan de dingen al snel de verkeerde kant op.
Met hun spaargeld weg, haar man achterdochtig en hun kinderen losgeslagen,
verzint Etta een regeling om hun geld terug te krijgen en haar familie te redden.
