We are introduced to Michael (Michael Fuith) who makes his way to see Gabi, his ex, to drop off his old set of keys in person, only to find himself immersed in the stormy violence that erupts when an inexplicable plague shatters the city, turning everyone into mindless blood-thirsty zombies. Michael's no hero, but he's a survivor and soon learns to use his wits, teaming up with Harper, a likeable and resourceful teenager, played by the relatively unknown Theo Trebs...
While Kren's film might not reach the dizzy heights of success achieved by Romero's welcome return, Seige of the Dead is nonetheless a decent thriller, which will keep you pinned to the screen througout its comparatively short running…
