Lilian Carlyle, hoofd van een machtig militair-industrieel complex, ontdekt dat een Amerikaanse
wetenschapper in Hong Kong met nano-nucleare technologie voor
miljarden aan defensie contracten in handen heeft.
Als de wetenschapper weigert met haar bedrijf in zee te gaan, zet Carlyle een geheim plan
in werking door een rebelse terroristische groep in de Filipijnen hem te laten ontvoeren.
Het Speciale Eenheden team van kapitein Kyle Fierson wordt ingeschakeld om de wetenschapper
te redden en het prototype van de microchip veilig te stellen voordat de terroristen het kunnen
inzetten als een kleine atoombom.

Storyline:

Lilian Carlyle, head of a powerful military-industrial complex, discovered that a U.S.
Hong Kong scientist with nano-nuclear technology
billions in defense contracts in hand.
If the scientist refuses to go for her company, Carlyle put a secret plan
into by a rebel terrorist group in the Philippines to abduct him.
The Special Forces team captain Kyle Fierson turns to the scientist
to save the prototype of the microchip and secure before the terrorists can
be a small nuclear bomb.
