In de diepe jungle van Zuidoost Azië jaagt de bloeddorstige huurling Sebastian op slachtoffers om te verkopen als slaven. In een operatie doodt hij de vreedzame lokale sjamaan Aroon en zijn familie.Wanneer Sebastian vertrekt herrijst Aroon echter uit de dood.Er is iets wonderbaarlijks gebeurd met Aaron. Een geschenk voor sommige, maar een vloek voor hemzelf, want hij is onsterfelijk. Vol wanhoop en niet in staat om verder te leven zonder zijn familie doet hij een zelfmoordpoging.
