After seeing the source, O my God, a shock, what a bad rip, full of interlace stripes so we had some work to do.
Just giving our encoder the job reÙncode with the commands: CBR, Deinterlace and Reinforced Anti-Stripes to dump the stripes.
So now u have a good quality no interlace stripes.
