Work done:
Video: Rebalenced contrast, brightness and saturation. Sharpened very hard to improve some of the blurry scenes near the end in particular. Then cleaned it all rather nicely.
Audio: Nice line but if you fired the origional source up on a decent audio device, all you hear is heavy hiss behind everything. Filttered out that background line hiss nicely although faint hints can still be heard if you listen to speech closely. Rebalenced the eq on it all a bit and synced it all better to my encode.
