Sabrina is de jonge dochter van de chauffeur van de familie Larrabee.
Ze is al haar hele leven verliefd op David Larrabee, die haar echter al jaren negeert.
Wanneer Sabrina een paar jaar naar Parijs gaat keert ze terug als een aantrekkelijke vrouw, waardoor ze de interesse van David al snel weet te trekken.
David's broer Linus ziet dit, en vreest dat David's aanstaande huwelijk in gevaar komt.
In dat geval zal een belangrijke deal met de familie van de bruid niet door gaan.
Linus probeert Sabrina, in een poging haar van z'n broer weg te houden, zelf maar te versieren.
