Een mysterieuze schietpartij vindt plaats in Seoul. Als gevolg hiervan wordt Han-kyu Lee (Kang-ho Song) ontslagen bij de Zuid-Koreaanse geheime dienst.
Zes jaar later ziet hij Ji-won Song (Dong-won Kang), de Noord-Koreaanse spion die mede verantwoordelijk is voor zijn ontslag.
Deze is echter allang door zijn land in de steek gelaten en probeert nu zijn identiteit te verhullen.
Eerst draaien beiden een beetje om elkaar heen, maar ze merken al gauw dat ze elkaar nodig hebben en elkaar aanvullen.

A mysterious shooting takes place in Seoul. As a result, Han-kyu Lee (Song Kang-ho) released by the South Korean secret service.
