::Plot::

The film opens in 1974,in a mental asylum in the middle of the west virgina woodsThe most deadly people in the hospital are three young mutant boys,the head doctor explaining their very smart and cunning.The three borthers escape and set all the other inmates free,The brothers kill a orderly,a female therapist and finally the head doctor,Dr.Ryan.We then cut to 2003 where a group of college kids are preparing to go on a trip to a cabin in the dead of winter,There are nine of them kenia,jenna,sara,bridget,daniel,claire,lauren,kyle and vincent.On there way to the cabin they take a wrong turn and end up finding the hospital.After partying for the night,they find a old film which shows the torture of the inmates,leading lauren to tell the story of the hospital.Daniel says hes ready for bed and the others follow.Vincent however cant sleep and decides to explore,After watching sara and bridget have sex he finds porter,who owns the cabin the kids are staying at.Porter is dead and when vincent turns around he is impaled through the head with an icepick.The next morning the group try to find him,they split into two groups.After searching for awhile jenna wonders into the kitchen where she witnesses porters dead body being hacked up.She runs back to the others who are gathered in the audatorium,Poreters dead head is flung at them and claire is hanged by a barb wire noose,kyle tries to save her but she is eventually beheaded.They hide out in a room where they come up eith a plan.Sara,daniel and kyle decide to go look for weopens,while lauren decides to try and hike back to the road in freezing tempatures.Daniel is attacked and kidnapped while running,he then has his flesh and liver ripped out and cooked.The remaining five jump the mutants and chase them into a jail cell where they trap them in.There about to set them on fire but kenia talks them out of it.
