Wanneer Mega Mindy afrekent met een geheimzinnige boef, lijkt de rust in het dorp teruggekeerd. Opa en oma zijn op vakantie en speciaal voor de verjaardag van Toby neemt Commissaris Migrain Toby en Mieke mee naar een wel heel bijzondere voorstelling; die van 'De Poppenmeester'. Na de show gebeuren er echter allemaal rare dingen. De commissaris haalt de raarste capriolen uit, Bliep is zichzelf niet meer, Mieke is verdrietig als ze Toby ziet kussen met een ander meisje en het geheim van Mega Mindy dreigt in verkeerde handen te komen. Wanneer zelfs Mega Toby zich tegen Mega Mindy lijkt te keren, is de chaos compleet. Onze superheldin staat er alleen voor en zal haar uiterste best moeten doen om ook dit probleem weer tot een goed einde te brengen.

When Mega Mindy settles with a mysterious villain, seems to rest in the village returned. Grandpa and grandma are on holiday and especially for the anniversary of Toby and Toby Mieke Commissioner migraine take along to a very special performance with that of 'The Puppet Master'. After the show all but strange things happen. The Commissioner brings out the strangest antics, bleeps is not itself, Mieke is sad when she sees Toby kissing with another girl and the Secret of Kells is likely to come into the wrong hands. When even Toby himself against Mega Mega Mindy seems to reverse the chaos. Our superhero is on his own and will do its utmost to also have this problem again to a successful conclusion.
