source was ok.. degrained,denoised,smoothed, resized to fix AR,RGB adjustment,
hue, saturation, brightness, contraswt, levels and sharpened.. then clean the
CAM audio up a lil bit and remuxed to my encode.....enjoy

still has a slight scroll/wave/pulse fo light ran a few deflicker filters to try
to remove but couldnt get it all..
