Frenemy (2009)

This murderous comedy pits Sweet Stephen's (Callum Blue) sociopathic behaviors and his conscience, personified in Mr. Jack (Matthew Modine), against the determination of a local cop (Adam Baldwin) hot on their heels. Mr. Jack and Sweet Stephen are buddies in the true sense of the word. They spend quality time together on the streets of Los Angeles talking deep philosophy about life, love and death while women literally fall dead at their feet.
