1. unrar torrent after download
2. run vsoBlurayConverterUltimate_setup to install the program
3. after installation dont run program yet
4. noy run the patch : vso.blu-ray.converter.ultimate.2.x-patch
and patch : BlurayConverterUltimate.exe file found in C:\Program Files\vso\Blu-ray Converter Ultimate
5. Please note in Windows Vista and Windows 7 run the patch in administrator mode.
6. run the program now
