Like we said a while back its time to ditch XviD for X264
better quality smaller sizes and all looking the same as XviD
but with less bitrate

We aint going into detail but we used almost the same settings as who ever pred as SDx264
but what they did with settings is ok but there is one problem which they showed in there
screenshot comps they upscaled the DVDRip screenshots from 608:336 to 720:404 which is
not the best example to show also they muxed there encode into MKV which is not the best
as people play these films on XBOX/PS3/WDTV which really support MP4 more then MKV

Now lets go into speccy details

Release sizes : 1.38GB = 556MB
vid bitrate : 1209kbps = 483kbps
aud bitrate : with this we aint going to comp them as 1 is 448kbps/6ch and the other is 222kbps/2ch

Anyway we will allow you to choose what you want but the future is x264 HDTV/SDTV/BLURAY have made the
jump so why dont xvid groups make a jump
