Als de opwarming van de aarde versnelt, brengt de droogte verwoestingen
aan in de anders zo regenachtige regio in het noordwesten van de Pacific.
Met behulp van vloeibare stikstof, is het Project Rain Dance bedoeld om het
probleem op te lossen en regen te veroorzaken.
Maar het experiment, gaat vreselijk mis en creëert tornados die messcherpe
scherven van ijs afschieten uit de wolkentrechters.
Alles wat de wetenschapper proberen, om deze verschijnselen te stoppen
werkt niet, en het is nu aan een auteur om een oplossing te suggereren waar
de geleerden nog niet aan gedacht, hebben.
Maar zal zijn idee op tijd werken om de rampen te stoppen?

Storyline:

If global warming accelerates, the drought devastation
in the otherwise rainy region in the northwestern Pacific.
Using liquid nitrogen, the Project aims at the Raindance
problem and cause rain.
But the experiment goes horribly wrong, creating tornados razor
shards of ice shoot out of the funnel clouds.
Everything the scientist try to stop these phenomena
does not work, and it is now an author to suggest a solution where
the scholars have not thought of, have.
But his idea will work in time to stop the disaster?
