09: Flesh and Blood (Part I) - Voyager hologram-technologie, die Janeway eerder had gedoneerd aan de Hirogen , is gewijzigd om de holografische "prooi" slimmer te maken, waardoor het hologram telkens tegen hun nieuwe meesters kan rebelleren.

10: Flesh and Blood (Part II) The Doctor besluit om zich aan te sluiten bij de hologrammen die zijn ontsnapt uit de Hirogen, maar in het proces moet hij Voyager verraden.

11: Shattered - Voyager is beschadigd in de verschillende perioden door een ongeval, en alleen Chakotay is in staat om te bewegen tussen hen, in het proces vergadering oude vrienden en oude vijanden uit de vorige zes seizoenen.

12: Lineage - Nu B'Elanna Torres getrouwd is met Tom Paris ontdekt ze dat ze zwanger is. The Doctor vertelt haar dat ze een dochter krijgt, maar een onopgeloste angst uit B'Elanna's jeugd brengt weer trauma's omhoog die zij hebt geleden toen ze een deel Klingon meisje was.
Toen ze opgroeide als kind bij de mens op aarde was ze vast besloten om haar Klingon DNA te verwijderen.

Description:

12: Lineage - Now married to Tom Paris, B'Elanna Torres discovers she is pregnant.
The Doctor tells her to expect a daughter; but B'Elanna's unresolved fear of the childhood traumas which she suffered as a part-Klingon girl growing up among humans makes her determined to remove her child's Klingon DNA .
