found that nice webdl early, video was bright enough but colours were low and mostly off, fixed that
Video needed lots of Subs for foreign parts only, hardcoded them within my video

Audio took me some time, the web-dl came with stereo english audio and a russian 5.1 track, so i made my special 5.1 track. :=)
the russian track had loads of russian voice in it, so took me 2h to clean it
Afterwards i entered the english track back into the russian 5.1 track, voila a perfect genuine 5.1 track, which is perfect for action movies

sounds a lot nicer now and will do me till retail in around a month
