Dirty pixels fixed with overlay. Banding fixed with additional cutting and reencoding;
encode was very good overall and 2 banding parts of the movie were mostly fixed nicely
but two shorter scenes still looked bad (banding remains, additional blocking appears)
So I cut them accurately and reencoded at higher bitrate. 2883 frames were reencoded
Overall bitrate raised only for 284 Kbps and final size changed from 6.41 to 6.62 GB.
