A serial killer is terrorising the city's gay community, the only clue to his identity being that he always wears a Batman T-shirt and cap. Two cops (Sammo Hung and Alan Tam) go undercover to put a halt to the killing, trading a number of martial arts blows along the way. Billed as a comedy kung-fu remake of Al Pacino's 'Cruising'.
