Open the enclosed Avid - Sibelius v8.0.0.66 Multilingual OS X [RBS][dada] install Sibelius.

Log in with an administrator's account and copy the enclosed patched file Sibelius to the folder where the original file was installed (usually /Applications/Sibelius.app/Contents/MacOS), replacing it. To get there in Finder, open the folder Applications, control-click the application Sibelius 7.5.app, click Show Package Contents and then, in the new window, open the folder Contents and then the folder MacOS.

(It is not necessary to modify permissions (dada).
