Immortalized is the upcoming sixth studio album by American heavy metal band Disturbed.
The album is scheduled for release on August 21, 2015 through Reprise Records, and will be Disturbed's first studio album since Asylum (2010), marking the longest gap between two studio albums in their career.

Immortalized was announced on June 23, 2015, alongside the release of lead single "The Vengeful One".
The single released with an accompanying animated video directed by film-maker Phil Mucci.
