What you need
-Visual Studio 2013 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40
-NET 4.0 (included in setup)
-Directx June 2010 (included in setup)

Instructions
-Open shortcut on desktop or, \Engine\Binaries\Win64\UE4Editor.exe
-It will take a min or so to start up so give it time
-run as administrator
-After it starts up it will compile the shaders which takes time

Short Version
1. Install
2. Open shortcut (Run as administrator)
3. Let it compile shaders (does it automatically)

Other
-This is already compiled and ready to go all you have to do is install it and run shortcut.
-"Updates are optional" just fixes some mistakes within the installer
-To install the updates just overwrite the setup files and then install
-It is best to install to your c:\ drive instead of c:\program files this will fix both issues below

Issues
-If it doesn't start-up right click on short-cut "run as administrator " if you install unreal engine to c:\ instead of c:\program files you shouldn't have this problem
-Unable to load my old projects, install unreal engine to you c:\ drive (ex c:\unrealengine) then try again
-MSCVCR120.dll is missing? Make sure you install visual studio 2013
