Do not expect any further update.

You need to have steam running (fake account advised).

Run ConanExiles_Launcher.exe.
Options:
Normal: Run the game. You can play SP and MP with the ingame lobby browser.
Kortal's Area: Auto join the server
Other Server: Auto join the specified server. Format: ip:port (eg.: 127.0.0.1:7777)

If your anti-virus tells you there is a virus in the launcher, it is a false positive and it is totally safe to allow it to run.
Usually detected by low-grade anti virus as packed, or generic or whatever else.
Most of my launchers are boxed with virtual box, in order to create needed files at each run.
It makes things easier for people to be sure to have the right files at the right place and the right parameters.
If you downloaded the file from one of my link, you are good to go. If you don't trust the file, don't run it, delete everything, and stop bothering.
