1) Unrar

2) Run Setup and Install,

3) Dont run it yet.

4) Run Patch x86 or x64 with Admin Rights
And apply, locate dir or simply first copy the
patch to installation dir, by default
C:\Program Files (x86)\REAPER
C:\Program Files\REAPER

5) Or copy the cracked .exe in to dir,
replacing the originals.
