Films like Talvar are why Bollywood's able to maintain a standard. A movie which well desrved a minimum 4/5 stars GOT atleast 4/5 from all major critics.
Films like these don't perform well at the box office due to lack of starcast, but that shouldn't mean you should ignore them.
I, personally, watch this masterpiece and reciproacte while evaluating plot choices of present-day superstars.
