Two brothers, Cobra and Viper, get into all sorts of problems and confusion. Cobra is a drug addict and will use any means to get money to satisfy his vices. He is clearly a liability as a small town thief, usually coked up to the eyeballs as he strolls down the village street with his loot in broad daylight. Viper is also not the best example. He has no wife or children, but has a relationship with drinking and cigarettes and gets fired from his job. Viper, however, is not about to give up.
