What could go wrong with this killer standard material? Everything, if you are not up to the task and you're just "spitting" instead of performing. Everything, if you have a bunch of mediocre musicians who are just "scratching" their instruments. Everything, if you're trying to make a buck by just selling your image. Fortunately nothing of the above applies here. Shatner "lives" the songs and the band is fantastic, a real treat for my ears. So nothing at all goes wrong and everything falls into place making this album a great listen!
