Not my rips, but I recently found these on an old external hard drive I've had for several years, so I'm sharing. Should be helpful for anyone looking to make their own encodes of this show.

"Hi-Spec" means that the DVD contains bonus features and 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround sound. Hi-Spec editions were never released for volumes 11-13, unfortunately.
