This book has great questions in it, if you just want to practice on questions. It has very short explanations of each answer, but they are not as involved as Kaplan's. It is well organized, and it is lightweight. The fact that the book is light is worth more than I can really express, because a lot of the test prep books are so heavy that you will NOT want to carry them around, and being able to carry them around is good for encouraging you to study and use the books!
With the math questions, for the most part, there's enough room to work in the book, but some of the longer algebra questions could use more room, and a bit more explanation too, like with some of the factoring, to me, they leave a lot of steps out when showing the solution and explanation. The questions do cover a lot of areas though and most of them have great explanations.
This book comes with a 12 month code to access the online site. It has a little strip on the inside front cover that you scratch off for your access code, and it's a long random string of numbers and letters. My code would not work and there are few support options other than a support forum where others haven't seemed to have got a lot of help either, so I'm not hopeful! I spent a good bit of time on it, and had my family check and double check the code, but it continues to say it is invalid, but perhaps it is due to me having an early review copy.
